ESU #3
The ESU #3 Foundation was established in 2008 as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) from the United States Department of Treasury. The foundation supports programming for children with special needs at our Brook Valley Schools and to support our Gifford Farm Educational Center. The foundation allows donors to make contributions to our programs through a tax-exempt status.
The ESU #3 Educational Foundation Board was established in 2008. The Board oversees fiscal planning and programming for children with special needs at Brook Valley Schools and for the Gifford Farm Educational Center. The ESU #3 Educational Foundation Board members encourage donors to make contributions to these high quality educational programs.

Brook Valley School
Brook Valley School began in 1996 as the Gifford Farm Project. The original setting was a one room building on the Gifford Farm property in Bellevue. A growing enrollment prompted a move to southwest Omaha in 1999 and the new name - Brook Valley School. We serve students with severe special needs from eastern Nebraska and southwest Iowa.
