A lifetime of success begins with a healthy foundation in early childhood. Since 1992, Sarpy County/ESU #3 Head Start and Early Head Start (SCHS) has been providing children and families quality early intervention services designed to prepare children for success in school and to strengthen and engage families as they provide supportive, enriching home environments.
Head Start and Early Head Start are funded through grants administered by the Office of Head Start and the Administration for Children and Families, which is a division of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
