The Farm Program

Gifford Farm Education Center is an exciting place to visit for young and old!  This working farm helps teach students where their food comes from through fun, hands-on experiencee. There are many farm animals to see, hear and touch as children learn the importance of farming. In spring and summer there’s the excitement of new beginnings - sprouting crops and growing animals. Fall brings harvest time, hayrack rides and a pumpkin for each class. Everyone can find something fun on the farm! Bring your class, Scout group, daycare, church group or a group of family and friends to learn new things and have some good old fashioned fun down on the farm!
